Appraisals take place exclusively in the store, with you present and the object physically examined. Telephone calls are for general information and help planning your visit.
02Do you buy damaged jewellery?+
You can bring old, broken or worn gold and silver jewellery for examination. Whether an item can be purchased and its value are assessed in person.
03What should I bring?+
Bring the object for appraisal and your identity card, which is required for a transaction. If you have accompanying documentation, you are welcome to bring it.
